VLB Janakiammal College of Arts and Science is run by the VLBJCAS Trust and was established in 1992 by the late Shri V. L. Balakrishna Naidu. Guided by the motto “Educate to Empower,” the college has grown into a reputed institution with outstanding academic excellence. It was conferred autonomous status in 2011 and is approved by AICTE and recognized under Sections 2(f) and 12B of the UGC. The college is also accredited by NAAC reflecting its commitment to quality education and institutional standards.
