Internal Complaints Committee

The Internal Complaints Committee has been constituted in the academic year 2021-2022 onwards. The main aim of the committee is to provide a healthy and congenial atmosphere to all the staff members and students. This committee shall address sexual harassment issues faced by girl students/women staff inside the college premises.

Objectives

To develop guidelines and norms for a policy against sexual harassment.
To develop principles and procedures for combating sexual harassment.
To work out details for the implementation of policy.
To prepare a detailed plan of actions both short and long term.
To collaborate with women’s anti-sexual harassment cell.
To organize gender sensitization awareness programmes.

Functions

To prepare various guidelines as per the norms of the various boards.
To conduct awareness programmes.
To conduct the meetings periodically.
To address the issues with immediate action.
