About V-CONNECT
The VLB Janakiammal Alumni Association (V-CONNECT) was established to strengthen the bond between the institution and its alumni and was officially registered in May 2019. The association provides a dedicated platform for alumni to stay connected with their alma mater, engage with fellow graduates, and contribute to the continued growth and development of the institution.
V-CONNECT conducts its Annual Alumni Meet on the first Sunday of March every year, bringing together alumni from diverse batches, courses, professions, and locations. With a strong network of 10,050 registered alumni, the association actively encourages networking, mentoring, knowledge sharing, and meaningful engagement with current students and the institution.
The association operates through a well-structured team of office bearers, including the President, Vice President, Secretary, and Joint Secretary, ensuring effective administration and coordination of alumni activities. Through its various initiatives, V-CONNECT continues to expand its alumni network and foster a strong, lasting relationship between the college and its alumni community.
Objectives of the Alumni Association
The VLBJCAS Alumni Association helps maintain a strong, lifelong connection between the college and its former students. It provides a platform for alumni to stay in touch, support one another, and contribute to the growth of the institution.
Through mentoring, guidance, and career support, alumni play an active role in helping current students succeed. The association also works to build a sense of pride, community, and continued involvement among all VLBJCAS graduates.
