About the Program

The B.Sc Catering Science and Hotel Management program prepares students with hospitality management knowledge and culinary operations skills, with exposure to modern service systems including cloud kitchen and food service management models.

Hospitality Management Essentials

The programme covers food production, hospitality operations, service management, and organizational practices. Students gain foundational understanding of how hospitality systems function efficiently across hotels, restaurants, and professional food service environments.

Cloud Kitchen Orientation

Learners are introduced to cloud kitchen concepts, operational workflows, and service coordination. Practical insights help students understand modern food business models and operational strategies relevant to evolving hospitality and culinary industries.
