1. Constitution:

The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) has been reconstituted for the academic year 2026–2027 onwards in accordance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. The committee aims to provide a safe and secure environment for all women employees and students, and to address complaints related to sexual harassment.

2. Objectives:

  • To prevent incidents of sexual harassment at the workplace
  • To provide a mechanism for redressal of complaints
  • To create awareness about gender equality and safety
  • To ensure a safe and supportive environment for women

Activities

  • To conduct inquiries in a fair and confidential manner
  • To recommend appropriate actions to the management
  • To organize awareness programs and workshops
